Timex Group Luxury Division, based in Switzerland, is part of the Timex Group, a privately-held US company founded in 1854. The Timex Group is one of the world’s top 10 watch groups with numerous brands in its portfolio: Timex, Opex, Nautica - Sequel: Guess, Gc. 
Timex Group Luxury Division: Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo and Versus Versace.

Timex Group Luxury Division started its activity in 2004 with the licensing agreement between the Timex Group and Versace in order to design, manufacture and distribute the Maison’s exclusive timepieces and jewelry. 
In 2007 the Timex Group Luxury Division enlarged its portfolio acquiring the license to design, manufacture and distribute timepieces for Salvatore Ferragamo. This new license, officially entered the watch-making industry in 2008 with the launch of the new watch collection at Baselworld.

Versace Watches and Salvatore Ferragamo Timepieces, both based in Switzerland, together shape the Timex Group Luxury Division that combines the creativity of Italian style with the technological know-how of the Swiss watch-making tradition.
