Timex Group Luxury Division, based in Switzerland, is part of Timex Group is a privately-held company headquartered in Middlebury, Connecticut with multiple operating units and over 3,000 employees worldwide. As one of the largest watch makers in the world, Timex Group companies produce watches under a number of world class brands, including
Timex, adidas, Furla, Gc, Guess, Missoni, Nautica, Salvatore Ferragamo, Philipp Plein, Plein Sport, Ted Baker and Versace..

Timex Group Luxury Division started its activity in 2004 with the licensing agreement between the Timex Group and Versace in order to design, manufacture and distribute the Maison’s exclusive timepieces and jewelry.

In 2007 the Timex Group Luxury Division enlarged its portfolio acquiring the license to design, manufacture and distribute timepieces for Salvatore Ferragamo.
This new license, officially entered the watch-making industry in 2008 with the launch of the new watch collection at Baselworld.

While, in December 2019, announced the license agreement for the creation, development and distribution of Missoni new watch line.

In 2022 the company announced an agreement for the production and distribution of Philipp Plein watches and jewelery collections.
